Abstract
As the demand for hybrid integrated circuits continues to increase, manufacturers' production lines require flexible, cost efficient assembly techniques. Teledyne TAC, a well known and established supplier of automatic production equipment for the semiconductor marketplace, has developed a low cost computer‐controlled microelectronic assembly system for the hybrid industry.
