AB  - The Bookseller of 6 April 1985 carried what was described as “Hot news from South Bucks”: the feature was even more intriguingly sub‐titled “Frederick Nolan on a much under used publicity device”. Mr Nolan is obviously proud of this major marketing scoop — but what is it? Quite simply the author stumbled upon the libraries of South Bucks as a circuit for promoting his books, and was more than pleased with the result:
