Abstract

Manual tool changes in flexible machining operations are now even faster following the introduction by Krupp Widia of a new rapid‐action locking system for its ‘Widaflex UTS’ radial toolholding system. A turn of 90 degrees is all that is needed to lock the tool head in position.
