Metal Composite Replaces Traditional Materials in New Flight Simulator

Abstract

BY replacing traditional aluminium sheet and timber with a composite metal substrate, Rediffusion Simulation Ltd (RSL) can accommodate extra equipment in its new “Concept 90” prototype, and still meet overall weight restrictions govering flight simulators.
