Some thoughts from Lockheed

Abstract

Lockheed Aircraft Corporation has gone on record supporting an international colloborative effort to develop advanced commercial transports with the California‐based aerospace firm participating on either an equal, or possibly, a minor partner basis with foreign companies to form the primary design team.
