The Fairey Aviation Company Limited, of Hayes, Middlesex, England, announces, in conjunction with the Clyde Engineering Company of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, that arrangements have been concluded which will lead to the early formation of Fairey‐Clyde Aviation Pty. Ltd.—a Company with Headquarters in Sydney.
