Abstract

ONCE more the wheel of the months has turned full circle and we print another of DR. KLEMIN'S summaries of the main papers read at the annual meeting of the INSTITUTE OF THE AERONAUTICAL SCIENCES, appearing this year two months earlier than in 1946, which have been a regular feature of AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING for the past ten years.
