TY - JOUR AB - SAMPLES of anodically treated aluminium alloy parts have been taken from several German aircraft, chiefly from the airframes. These have been examined for typeand nature of the anodic films. In all, nineteen parts have been examined. The names of the parts, the aircraft from which they were taken, the appearance of the anodic films, .and the corresponding type of British material are indicated in the attached table.
