TY - JOUR AB - The Botha is a general reconnaissance and torpedo bomber designed for service with the Coastal Command. It is in much the same class as the Bristol Beaufort, although, as it is lower‐powered, the performance is probably less. As may be seen from the illustrations it is a high‐wing monoplane of somewhat angular appearance. It is very distinctive in the air; the forward placed fin and rudder, underslung fuselage and highly tapered outer planes being easily seen.
