A Question of Nomenclature: Names for Commercial and Private Aeroplanes
Abstract
A NEW feature will be found in this issue which we hope will prove interesting to readers. If it does, it is one which we propose to repeat from time to time. We are publishing three pages devoted exclusively to general arrangement drawings of various types of modern commercial aeroplanes. Coming as they do from various countries and therefore embodying the ideas of different schools of design, the juxtaposition of the drawings, together with the essential details of the aeroplanes, offers an exceptional opportunity for comparison.
