AB  - IN discussing the report of the inquiry into the accident to R.101 it is impossible to avoid at the outset joining in the chorus of praise that has greeted it. The whole report is lucid and clear, and follows a logical process of thought until the final—we believe inevitable—conclusion, that the catastrophe was due to a sudden heavy loss of gas in the forward part of the ship following probably on a continued slighter leakage, is reached.
