Is Your Endowment Campaign To Be or Not To Be?
Abstract
Those charged with planning a library endowment campaign would proceed with more confidence and enthusiasm if they had greater assurance of success. Although a crystal ball is not available to the hearty souls who accept (or are assigned) the campaign task, the emerging fundraising profession is making regular use of a special precampaign study process which results in fairly accurate projections.
