A FISCAL AGENDA FOR THE 1990s

Abstract
George Bush is in the White House. The National debt continues to mount. Plans to resolve the trade deficit remain untested. And the Library Services and Construction Act (LSCA) — the major source of federal funding for America's libraries — is up for re‐authorization. Will Bush's “kinder, more gentle America” include fiscal support for libraries?
