Abstract
In the course of my travels and discussions throughout the United States and Europe, it has become quite apparent that there is great interest in Russian business and sci‐tech data. The Russian Federation, other former republics and the countries of Central Europe are seen as a large potential market for western goods. There is great interest in Russian products and especially in resources such as oil and gas. These countries also have a large and well‐educated work‐force.
