RUSSIAN IDEAS ON THE PAINTING OF MACHINERY

Abstract

T.A. KOMAROVA in a recent article has observed that the principle factors in the effective painting of metal‐work and especially machines are materials used, comprising roughly 10 to 20% of total cost, and the methods used, the labour for which accounts for the remaining 80 or 90% of cost.
