AB  - Leadership to many people is an emotive word with militaristic, autocratic, authoritarian overtones. To some it conjures up an elitism of leaders over the led, of strong dominant personalities exerting their will over their lesser brethren, of self‐glorification and ego trips. To many people leadership relates only to the great politico‐military leaders who stride through the history of mankind. Is this, however, its true face?
