An American's Sounding

Abstract
OUR approach to the season of “good will to all men” reminds us of some recent experiences. A few months ago we travelled forth to greet workers and institutions in other lands enlisted in services for public good. Opportunities developed in the course of our wanderings to bide within the homes and be honoured with the confidences of many people, thereby learning a bit of their outlook on the world, their endeavours, individual and national.
