Abstract
At a Fish Merchants' dinner at Lowestoft early in January, the Mayor (Mr. W. H. B. Sanders) pleaded for genuine oak‐smoked kippers, undyed. He said: “Quality does help in the long run. We have the Yarmouth bloater, so why not take the lead and have the Lowestoft kipper?”
