Abstract

Education is now a central preoccupation of every country, but almost everywhere is in a state of crisis and demands immediate attention to ways and means of replacing inflexibility with innovation and outmoded ideas with fresh approaches. If education is to perform the tasks that mankind requires it will be necessary to improve our performance regarding information about education, management and structure, teachers and students, curriculum content and teaching methods, resources, and international cooperation.
