LISTED BUILDINGS — PROBLEMS FOR THE COMMERCIAL USER

Abstract

Generally, a building may be listed if it is considered to be of special architectural and/or historic interest. This means that it is included in a list of like buildings prepared by the secretary of state for the environment. Listing is not carried out by local government.
