Abstract

This article is not so much about the technical aspects of catering as about making your catering facilities work to their best advantage. With increasing competition for accommodation — particularly in central London — the correct use of catering facilities is vital. They are expensive in terms of the space they require, but if manned and utilised correctly can become a valuable employee asset and an enormously effective corporate marketing tool.
