AB  - Without questioning the value of the training which is taking place, it can be argued that insufficient is being done to help the manager to control what is unique among all resources — his own time. Time can neither be stored for use later when conditions are perhaps more suitable, nor replaced if it has been unwisely spent. The direct relationship between executive time and cost has been worked out on the basis of a typical working week to be £3 per hour for a £5,000 pa manager.
