Organisational Excellence and Action Learning

Abstract

In developing and developed countries, organisational excellence can only be achieved through effective management. The characteristics necessary for organisational success and effective management are examined, particularly in relation to management training institutions. The role of these institutions is critically evaluated and an approach to their development featuring action learning is presented.
