Utilising advanced processing technology, this substrate option is now available through Park's Neltec business unit in Tempe, Arizona.

The N4380-13 RF substrate material has been developed with a dielectric constant of 3.8 and is available in a wide array of core thicknesses. It has been designed to meet industry needs for a material that offers tightly controlled and predictable electrical characteristics without compromising the reliability and competitive benefits of epoxy. N4380-13 RF is especially well-suited to cost-sensitive applications such as LNBs, power amplifiers and automotive telematics.

This material has a UL 94 V-0 designation and eliminates reliance on costly PTFE and ceramic- filled hydrocarbon materials for many RF/ microwave designs.
