KSM International - a Scottish success story

Keywords KSM International, Contamination, Awards

KSM International Limited - designers and manufacturers of precision contamination removal systems - have won three different awards recently.

These include a "Small Company Innovation Scheme (SCIS) Award" for bringing a new thin, flexible cleaning system to the world market. The unit automatically handles and cleans materials such as 50µm die-cut Kapton®.

KSM received a SMART Award from the Scottish Office to develop a new cleaning technology for the SMT industry. This project is on schedule to be completed during 2000.

Along with exponential sales growth (over 70 percent export) within two years of start-up, plus increasing employment locally, KSM® so impressed the judges they were awarded "Best New Business Award" for the Forth Valley Region of Scotland.
