Lloyd Doyle have announced a further multi-million dollar order from Korean giant LG Electronics.
The order for a further six systems from the Excalibur range includes the 5000X2BGA machine which is the only inspection system specifically designed for BGA chip carrier boards; reflecting the success of the existing installation at the LG Osan plant. The equipment will be used for both fine line work and the inspection of BGA's at the Cheongju plant.
