Elektrotech Services and Ramasa merge

Keywords Electrotech Services, Ramasa, Merger

Elektrotech Services have aquired the assets of Ramasa and is now known as ES Ramasa Ltd.

This amalgamation gives the new company a broader customer base and a much larger product range which will open up opportunities to expand into the EN4S industry as well as the bare PCB market.

Elektrotech has specialised in consumable products like the JJ&A Duofoil alluminum separator material, together with stainless steel bonding and separator materials of the highest quality. The company also promotes capital equipment such as th JJ&A Resin de burr machine and M+B plating racks from Canada.

Ramasa has built a reputation for the supply of optical inspection equipment and small tools for the manufacture of printed circuits boards.

Together they can offer a "one stop" buying house for customers and can often source equipment and materials that are not readily available.

Graham Hardwick joins Maurice Hubert and Bernard Coles on the board of the new company.
