SR Telecom and C-MAC Industries have signed an agreement including a five-year supply contract whereby SRT has subcontracted the manufacture of a number of its products to C-MAC. C-MAC has also purchased SRT's Kanata manufacturing facility and related inventory for approximately $10,000,000.
Flextronics International has completed the merger with the Finnish contract manufacturer Kyrel EMS Oyj, which has two operations in Finland and one in Luneville, France.
Benchmark Electronics agreed to buy Avex Electronics from closely held J.M. Huber Corp. for about $289.3 million in cash and stock.
Smartflex Systems agreed to be acquired by privately held Saturn Electronics & Engineering for about $67.8 million.
