AB  - In this case, there are six short scenarios depicting a leader who needs to function in the role of mentor or coach to a junior employee. Students are assigned scenarios and engage in role play with a class mate. Each two-member team is assigned one mini-simulation with one member of the team simulating the employee and the other simulating the manager.
