Andrew Boyd is currently pursuing a PhD at City University, where he is researching multi-source, multi-channel information-seeking behaviour within organisations. As a research student with the Centre for Information Behaviour and the Evaluation of Research (CIBER), he is a frequent contributor to Aslib Proceedings as well as to practitioner publications such as Content Management Focus, Knowledge Management and IT Consultant.
He has ten years' experience in strategic consultancy and technology management - specialising in the development of reporting and management information systems. He received his Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University.
