The Sri Lanka Library Association and IFLA are pleased to invite librarians from South Asia and observers from elsewhere to participate in a conference on networking for effective library services. The programme will include expert papers and demonstrations from regional and international resources. There will be opportunities for group discussions leading to resolutions and work plans for their implementation.
