Brookhouse achieves merit status with Nadcap

Brookhuse Composites, of Darwen, UK, has now achieved Nadcap merit status for composite pre-preg manufacture and metal-to-metal bonding at its Darwen manufacturing site. Merit status extends the interval between audits and is widely acknowledged as an endorsement of a company's quality performance commitment to its customers. The company already holds Nadcap approvals for chemical processing and non-destructive testing.

Nadcap is the world-wide co- operative programme of major companies, which allows industry oversight of the quality control of specific manufacturing processes and products within the aerospace sector, from coatings and composites to electronics and heat treatment. It promotes continuous improvement and enhances product quality by focussing on overall supplier performance.
