CMC Electronics Inc. announces the appointment of Mr William J. Allison as Chairman of the board of directors of the company. William will oversee the strategic growth, development, operating performance and financial performance of the company, while being responsible for the leadership of the board.
William has over 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of aerospace and defence electronics products and systems. Most recently, he was vice-president and general manager of the Northrop Grumman Navigation Systems Division, headquartered at Woodland Hills, California, with facilities in Canada, Germany, Italy and the US.
