Completion of Harrison acquisition
Cobham announces that regulatory approvals have now been given for the acquisition of the business and assets of the Harrison division of the Sierracin Corporation, located in Burbank, California, USA, first announced on 6 October. Harrison designs and manufactures high pressure fluid connectors for military and commercial aircraft, as well as tooling for aircraft manufactures and providers. The acquisition has been completed and the final agreed consideration was US$10.5 million. Harrison will operate as a Cobham Aerospace Systems company managed by Stanley Aviation based in Denver, Colorado. We are informed that this acquisition was funded from existing resources.
