A wide range of quality circuit breakers is now available from component specialist Aerco (Plate 5). These industry standard dimensioned circuit breakers from E-T-A are said to be suitable for most applications including aerospace.

Switching elements include rocker, push-button, toggle or lever, and illuminated and time-delayed versions are also available. They can be mounted on normal 35mm DIN rail or panel-mounted with solder or screw terminations. Switching mechanisms include thermal overcurrent, thermal-magnetic overcurrent, magnetic and hydraulic-magnetic overcurrent.

Aerco offers the range with ratings up to 100A/600VAC. All circuit breakers are approved to UL, CSA and VDE specifications with many also approved for the aerospace and marine industries.
