The Latin American Coatings Show 2005 proved, once again, to be another successful event according to the organizers. Held at the World Trade Center, Mexico City, from 6-7 July 2005, the exhibition experienced a high number of registrations over the two days.

The Ninth Latin American Coatings Show 2005, organized by the Coatings Group, part of dmg world media, attracted nearly 3,000 attendees from 16 different countries including Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela. The show offered opportunities to build business partnerships in the region.

Jorge Hijuelos Calixto, President of the Asociacion Nacional de Fabricantes de Pinturas y Tintas (ANAFAPYT), opened the exhibition. The conference, organized by ANAFAPYT, ran alongside the show and was very popular, with high-quality presentations from industry experts. The Exhibitor Business Presentations created opportunity for exhibitors to present their products and services to visitors.
