Fosroc, the specialist construction products company, is making it easier for architects and specifiers to choose waterproofing solutions with the launch of a new interactive CD.

The user-friendly waterproofing systems CD provides a comprehensive guide to all aspects of the Fosroc range and is designed to take the viewer through the common pitfalls and problems associated with waterproofing applications including tanked, structurally integral and drained protection to the requirements of BS8102.

Users can search the CD by application, product or they can browse the CD's index to find the best solution to suit their waterproofing needs.

The new CD also features animated application videos to give a visual guide to the installation of products. Also included are downloadable datasheets, project references and health and safety information making specification simple.

NBS clauses have been included on the CD to allow the user to cut and paste their specification requirements into contract documents making the whole process quick, simple and accurate.

The CD also provides architects and engineers with standard CAD drawings on aspects such as lift pits, drained cavities, pile caps and diaphragm walls. The CAD drawings can be either downloaded or printed dependent on preference.
