TW Metals Ltd informs us that it has added MS standard hinges and a supply capability for "specials" and custom hinges in accordance with original equipment manufacturers' drawings, to its range of tubular, sheet, bar and extruded products for the aircraft industry.
The range includes hinges for structural and external applications, such as access panels on craft or ground support equipment, as well as internal installations such as galleys and luggage lockers.
Available for new build or maintenance, the standard range of hinges and hinge components is produced mainly in aluminium. A variety of other material types such as titanium, stainless steels, tungsten, brass, bronze, aluminium lithium and chromolloy can also be supplied. Hinges are held in stock in lengths from 1 inch up to 40 feet.
