The Virtual Reality and Additive Manufacturing Lab (VRAM) at the Missouri University of Science and Technology develops novel methods, innovative processes, and advanced software tools to meet the major challenges of the rapid product realization process.
VRAM’s practical web site features descriptions, along with videos and pictures, of ten projects, including, automated assembly simulation using motion capture; modeling and simulation of dynamic impact of fastening operation; selective laser sintering of high and ultra high temperature ceramics; axiomatic functional and object-oriented product design framework, and virtual bone surgery.
There are also pages on resources links, VRAM’s facilities, and the lab’s background and people.
