Title: System and method for automatically testing software unitApplicant: Zhongxing Comm Co Ltd (CN)Patent number: CN1983209Publication date: June 20, 2007

A test automation system of a software unit comprises multi-language support module for confirming a programming language according to source file and for selecting compiler to compile source file to be object file, scrip interpretation module for analyzing test scrip file and for calling object file analysis module to analyze object file, binary system test code generating module for setting up relevant command, test result output module for counting up test result and for storing said result into file, and test result judgment module for judging whether test result is normal or not automatically.

Title: Programmable controller for use in automation systemsApplicant: Vollmann Jorg (DE); Wagner Peter (DE)Patent number: US2007225838Publication date: July 27, 2007

The invention relates to a programmable controller for use in automation systems, comprising a first area for storing and running control codes for automation units, programmed in a first programming language, whereby a second area is connected to the first area via at least one interface. The second area can be programmed in a programming language that is different from the first programming language

Title: Multipoint-to-multipoint conveying device for power and free type suspension conveyer assemblyApplicant: Wang Shusheng (CN)Patent number: CN1827494Publication date: September 6, 2006

The invention relates to a point-to-point transmitting device of accumulating hanging transmitting machine, which comprises: a small vehicle moving the transmitting rail; a rail section of movable bearing rail which is connected to the slide groove via bolt to realize free slide; a clamp device formed by movable claw and lifting guide post which are guide connected movably; a upright small vehicle storage bracket of storage bracket is welded on steel structure to store work-piece. The invention arranges movable rail at some part of line to depart the machine and work-piece from said rail; and utilizes special clamp device to get out the machine and work-piece, while said special clamp device can be lifted and horizontally moved to transmit the machine and work-piece to preset position. The invention has the advantages that avoided complex transmission, saved time, reduced resource, and full automation.

Title: Fastener automation system and method of assemblyApplicant: Morden Jarrad V (CA); Underhill Robert S (CA); Campbell Charles S (CA); Cartile Christopher J (CA)Patent number: US2007180674Publication date: August 9, 2007

A fastener automation system for assembly of fasteners to a substrate, includes a projection system for projecting an image on a substrate of a predetermined location of a correct fastener to be installed in the substrate and data relating to the correct fastener and the substrate, and a computer operably associated with the projection system storing data regarding the correct fastener and the predetermined location on the substrate where the correct fastener is to be installed. An automated method of installing a fastener in a substrate at a predetermined location includes using a projector system to identify a predetermined location for installation of a correct fastener to the substrate, collecting data regarding the correct fastener installation at the predetermined location and storing the data in a computer, and installing the correct fastener in the substrate at the predetermined location based upon the data.

Title: Assembly for an automation systemPatent number: US2007208435Publication date: September 6, 2007Applicant: Siemens AG

There is described an assembly, having at least one input/output and having means for storing a program and a method for project planning a program for an assembly of an automation system, with an absolute address being assigned to each of the inputs/outputs and a unique identifier being assigned to each absolute address when the program is created. An electronic display means is provided to improve the control and monitoring of an assembly of this type, to display the assigned identifiers as plain text and/or symbols.

Title: Infrastructure for the automation of the assembly of schema maintenance scriptsApplicant: Tal Yoram (US); Yagolnitser Larisa (US); Rabah Ramzi (US); Wheeler Patrick G (US); Jakubik John J (US); Chan Tuck L (US)Patent number: US2007067766Publication date: March 22, 2007

A method and apparatus to build a migration package. According to one embodiment of the invention, a plurality of programming elements are developed and stored in a configuration repository. The configuration repository also includes metadata used to describe each of the programming elements. Selected programming elements are placed in a set of one or more migration scripts to be stored in the migration package. The set of migration scripts may include a master configuration file and a driver file.
