This invention relates to a fabrication method for formulating pharmaceutical or other bioaffecting agents in small batches or individual forms using a computer-guided system. The system is capable of selecting and varying the parameters of the agent and designing prototypes using statistically-based information, so vary the composition and structure of the agents according to the parameters. The parameters used in prototyping may be reproduced during fabrication of quantities of any amount. The system is also capable of interfacing with a computer-based learning system.

This enables the rapid prototyping and manufacturing of multiple pharmaceutical dosage forms, each having individually selected parameters, and allows the simultaneous fabrication of pharmaceutical dosage forms having different release profiles.
