Reciprocating blade feeders – now in miniature

Keyword: Feeders

Specifically designed for feeding and orientation of small parts, Alphamation's new miniature range of reciprocating blade feeders is pneumatically operated (see Plate 5).

Parts are lifted from a bulk hopper, selected and orientated as required. The machines utilise a series of pneumatically driven blades that lift the components and discharge them onto an integral linear vibratory transfer feeder, here they are selected and orientated to the required plane.

The new miniature feeders complement Alphamation's existing range of motorised and hydraulically operated reciprocating feeders.
