Leading an effective change strategy

Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to advise leaders on how to manage an effective change strategy through times of crisis and uncertainty.

Design/methodology/approach

Gathered from past experience managing change through a business.

Findings

Fresh and effective change requires solid infrastructure, a well-thought-out plan and the ability to adapt, strategise and innovate on a near day-to-day basis.

Originality/value

This is a unique perspective from a huge organisational change.
