TY - CHAP AB - The chapter presents a very general overview of the new (2010) United States–Russia nukes reduction treaty and a brief analysis of the failure of the UN conference on climate change in Copenhagen (2009). The revival of the term of “competitive coexistence” as a description of United States–Russia relations is discussed. The author also suggests that present-day China–India relations can be considered as an example of the newly emerged version of a regime of “competitive coexistence.” VL - 16 SN - 978-0-85724-701-8, 978-0-85724-702-5/1572-8323 DO - 10.1108/S1572-8323(2011)0000016013 UR - https://doi.org/10.1108/S1572-8323(2011)0000016013 AU - Rukavishnikov Vladimir ED - Manas Chatterji ED - Chen Bo ED - Rameshwar Misra PY - 2011 Y1 - 2011/01/01 TI - New Challenges and “Old Business with Russia”: A Revival of an Idea of “Competitive Coexistence” T2 - Frontiers of Peace Economics and Peace Science T3 - Contributions to Conflict Management, Peace Economics and Development PB - Emerald Group Publishing Limited SP - 133 EP - 151 Y2 - 2024/09/26 ER -
