We are indebted to a variety of organizations and people. An Aide to Workshop grant through the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council provided much needed funding. Importantly, this grant allowed us to bring our group of international scholars together for a three-day workshop. The University of Waterloo, Faculty of Arts, generously added to these funds and provided a venue for the workshop. Several research assistants also facilitated this volume.
