A project like this, while it might be attributed to a single person can never be accomplished without an entire community of scholarly support. I appreciate the hard work of the contributors who graciously opened their minds to my suggestions and to those of the reviewers. As a group the contributors were a joy to work with meeting and often exceeding my expectations in sometimes short timeframes. My appreciation is deep for the many anonymous reviewers who gave countless hours to this project, investing in the scholarly process without any direct rewards. A book like this could not happen without their contributions. I extend my thanks to Thomas Dark at Emerald who has been available to answer my questions, both big and small. And I especially extend my appreciation to Patrick Coy who has mentored me through this process, providing sage advice and several pep talks along the way; he is both a valued colleague and a friend. This project could not have happened without the support of Mount Mary University and the sabbatical they allowed me to take in order to pursue work on this volume. With all that help from my scholarly community this book has come to fruition.
