Rebound among South-east Asian airlines will be uneven

Air passenger traffic in the region has fallen sharply since the onset of COVID-19 crisis. Most South-east Asian countries are battling resurgent waves of infection, fuelled by the Delta variant.

  • Most carriers will rely on cargo volumes to compensate for the drop in passenger traffic.
