Significance

They discussed tensions in the eastern Mediterranean with regard to Turkish seabed prospecting off the Greek island of Kastellorizo, but could come up only with a statement about working to ease tensions. Turkey is unlikely to back down, despite a formidable array of international adversaries in the region.
