It has been two years since I took over the Editor position of Nutrition and Food Science. We have made various improvements in several fronts. One improvement is in the online manuscript submission system. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a blinded peer review by two external experts in the field. Our goals are to reduce the time between submission and publication and to improve the quantity and quality of publications submitted to the Nutrition and Food Science. Our dedicated external reviewers play a big role in improving the quality of our journal.

Here is the list of individuals who served as external reviewers for Nutrition and Food Science Volume 45. Without their expert reviews, our journal would not have been where it is at this time.
