Introduction to editorial

This issue comprises two sections. The first section consists of selected papers from AMA SERVSIG (2014), with the theme “Services marketing in the new economic social landscape”. This section was guest co-edited by Dr Rodoula Tsiotsou and Dr Mark Rosenbaum.
